Connecting to the Culture

The Kalamazoo Promise is excited to host "Connecting to the Culture" on October 28th, 2022 from 4-7PM at The Kalamazoo Promise (180 E Water St Kalamazoo, MI 49007).
The event is designed for Promise Scholars to come together for a night of celebration & information sharing. This will be an opportunity to expand your network, engage with your peers, and explore the abundant opportunities available to you through The Promise as you connect to your pathway.
In addition to networking with Promise Scholars, organizations in the Kalamazoo community will be in attendance to connect Scholars to resources and inform them of additional opportunities to become engaged. Scholars who attend this event will walk away with invaluable experiences, connections, skills, and a network of like-minded peers, mentors, and organizations to serve as resources along their path to their Promise.
The event will be Halloween-themed. Costumes are welcomed and encouraged!

The Kalamazoo Promise is located at 180 E Water St, Kalamazoo, MI 49007
Free ramp parking is available using the North Edwards St parking garage entrance. If you park in the garage, please use the spaces labeled "Visitor Parking." We can validate your parking when you arrive. Access to The Promise office can be found on the the 2nd floor near the northwest entrance. From there, take the stairs or elevator to our 1st floor entrance. If you have any issues, please call 269.337.0037.
